Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at paige@paigecreating.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Details

For all device accessories, such as e-reader cases, you must return the item in a bubble mailer or similar protective packaging. This is to ensure the item is not damaged during shipping. Failure to use appropriate packaging may compromise your return.

Refunds and In-Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return was approved. If approved, we will issue you a full refund in the form of in-store credit for the purchase price of the item, which can be used toward a future purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards

- Apparel: All apparel is made to order, so returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, color, or change of mind.

- iPad Cases: All iPad cases are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Sale products: BOGO offers, Black Friday specials, and all discounted merchandise.

If you have a non-returnable item with a defect, please contact paige@paigecreating.com within 30 days of delivery. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can use your in-store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.
